Child Safety Standards
Aakhri update: July 2026
Our Commitment
Talaash Gumshuda has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping children safe on our platform and comply with all applicable child-safety laws in Pakistan and the standards set by Google Play. Reports about missing children are made by adults to help find and protect those children.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden and will be removed immediately: any child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualisation of minors; grooming, enticement, or solicitation of a child; sextortion; trafficking of a child; and any other content or behaviour that exploits or endangers children. Publishing a child's sensitive personal data, exact home address, or any content that could put a child at risk is not allowed.
How We Prevent and Respond
We moderate user-generated content and act on reports. Any content or account found to involve CSAE is removed and the account is banned. We preserve relevant information and report suspected CSAE to the appropriate authorities and, where applicable, to recognised child-protection organisations. Reports involving children are handled with extra care and priority.
How to Report Child Safety Concerns
Every report and chat in the app includes a "Report" option to flag inappropriate content or users. You can also email our child-safety point of contact directly at admin@talaashgumshuda.com (subject: "Child Safety") or use the Contact page. We review all child-safety reports urgently. In an emergency, contact the police (15) or the Zainab Alert helpline (1099).
Point of Contact and Legal Compliance
Child-safety compliance contact: admin@talaashgumshuda.com. We comply with applicable local laws regarding child protection and CSAE, cooperate with law enforcement, and align our practices with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. This policy is reviewed and updated as needed.
